Cypress Hollow is a place for people to seek the Lord God in quiet personal solitude and in group retreats. Our services aim to support pastors, missionaries, ministry workers, mission-minded executives, leadership teams, church and ministry groups, couples, and families.

Personal Solitude Retreats

Individuals and couples can get away for self-guided or director-coached solitude retreats. Our Reflection & Prayer Cabins are purpose-built for this ministry.

Small Group Retreats & Meetings

Cypress Hollow is an ideal place for groups, teams, and families to meet, retreat, and reunite. Our facilities include lodging and meeting space for up to 30 people.

Planned/Scheduled Retreats

Periodically, we host scheduled retreats. Deep Woods Immersion is our signature group solitude retreat, and we are available to host other planned retreats as well.

Additional Services

  • Director-Coached Solitude. For those who want to experience solitude but aren't sure where to start, we can provide guidance to help make your personal solitude retreat a rich experience.
  • Pastoral/Biblical Coaching. Sometimes it's good to talk to someone. Cypress Hollow staff can be available to listen and provide Bible-centered pastoral coaching for individuals, families, and groups.
  • Executive Business Coaching. Experienced business leaders offer coaching for mission-minded business executives and leadership teams.
  • Reunions and Small Events. While Cypress Hollow is not an event venue, we are able to host small, simple events when availability allows. Contact us to discuss your upcoming event.
  • Men's Ministry Service Projects. Looking for an opportunity for your men's group to serve in a fun and bonding way? Consider helping us with some of our building projects as we continue to develop Cypress Hollow.
